Prices include one position, one standard color imprint. Set-up: $55 (g) per color/side, reorders $30 (g). No second set-up for exact same imprint on second side. 2nd Color* or 2nd Side Imprint: add 40¢ (g) per item run charge; *colors cannot touch. Metallic Ink: add 60¢ (g) per item run charge.
